ACEVO and NHS Partners Network have asked the CCP to assess whether Great Yarmouth & Waveney Primary Care Trust (PCT) has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules of Cooperation and Competition by preventing non-NHS providers from participating in a recent tender.
The CCP is assessing this issue under the conduct provisions of the Principles and Rules of Cooperation and Competition and will decide whether the conduct of Great Yarmouth & Waveney PCT could be expected to give rise to an adverse effect on patients or taxpayers.
The CCP would welcome submissions from interested individuals and organisations on any matter relevant to the CCP's assessment of this case under the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition. To submit evidence please email the CCP at [email protected].
